Working Conditions of Employees Posted to Estonia Act were revised. The Act implemented the 2014 EU Directive (2014/67/EU) concerning enforcement of the Posted Workers Directive and shall improve working conditions for workers posted to Estonia.
- obligation upon employers, service buyers or persons to register posted employees with the Estonian Labour Inspectorate
- construction sector: introduced liability for the purchasers of services performed by posted employees
- clarified the authority of the Labour Inspectorate to improve administrative cooperation between the member states
- established the regulation of cross-border monetary administrative measures
